Who Can Cooperate?

The Ministry of Mines and Energy has called upon all parties interested in cooperation, particularly the following:

Governments and/or government entities: Those interested in establishing agreements in mining and energy matters or who want to cooperate within the sector.

International Organization: An entity with its own legal status that, despite resulting from a mutual agreement between States, remains separate from each of them and has an autonomous will, because it is a legally distinct entity with respect to its constituent States and its objective is to carry out specific tasks.

Multilateral Organizations: Those interested in providing cooperation by using technical, specialized and/or financial resources for the mining and energy sector.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO): Those interested in providing cooperation by using technical, specialized and/or financial resources for the mining and energy sector.
